CHALLENGE

Client requested two separate product launch events from different divisions of the company (Oral Care & Home Care) within a short timeframe of each other.

SOLUTION

We suggested that the two events be held at the same venue to generate maxium savings. We adapted production techniques and transformed the space from one event to the other.

RESULT

Our strategy resulted in 30% of savings for the client, in addition to contract negotiation savings.
