Meet the leadership team

Nicole Wilcock
Executive Director, Global Network

Nicole has extensive global experience in project management, program management, and delivering technological solutions for clients.

Starting her career in Australia, Nicole has lived and worked in Europe and Asia Pacific while managing global clients based in the US and Latin America. Having worked for global corporate travel management companies and as a consultant for more than 15 years, Nicole is passionate about consulting with clients to help them deliver against their program goals.

Nicole holds a BA in History and Politics and an MA in Journalism from the University of Wollongong. She currently resides in the UK.

Henrietta Balint
Senior Director, Global Meetings & Events

Heni has a wealth of experience in both M&E and transient travel, having spent more than 20 years in corporate travel management company roles covering both sectors.

A native Hungarian, Heni grew up in Australia and has lived and worked in Europe, Asia Pacific, and North America, and currently resides in the U.S.

Heni’s passion is working with organizations to create strategies that drive their objectives.

Sara Dajani, Esq.
Senior Director, Corporate Legal & Administration

Sara leads contracting at Radius Travel and advises on legal and strategic business affairs, including data privacy matters. She also oversees Human Resources and Administration.

Prior to joining Radius Travel in early 2017, Sara worked in private practice handling business and employment law matters. Sara is a native Washingtonian, and enjoys being a part of a global organization.

Sara holds an undergraduate degree from Georgetown University and J.D. from George Mason University.

Chris Giordano
Senior Director, Information Technology

Chris joined Radius in 2016, overseeing the Information Technology team, and in 2018 assumed additional oversight of the Data Management team. Most of his career has been focused on data and technology. Chris spent 15 years working in higher education as part of the institutional research offices of a number of institutions, building and maintaining data warehouses and supporting internal and external reporting. After leaving the higher education field, he went on to work in healthcare as data warehouse technical lead.

Chris has Bachelor’s degrees in Linguistics and Computer Science from the University of Maryland, and an MA in Linguistics from the University of Rochester. He grew up in the Washington, DC area but now calls Wisconsin home.

Rafael Gonzalez
Senior Director, Global Agency Management

Raf has over 25 years experience in the global travel sector, holding positions with varying levels of responsibility across several functions with a number of global organizations including operations, global sales, and account management.

Since joining Radius in 2010, Raf has provided a consultative, strategic approach to corporate clients as well as agency partners across the globe.

Raf was born and bred in the UK and comes from Spanish descent, which puts him in the fortunate position of being able to speak both languages fluently.

Alison Hart
Senior Director, Global Supplier Relations

Ali has over 25 years of experience in the travel sector. She began her career on the airline side, spending 11 years with Virgin Atlantic before making the transition to travel management.

Ali has been instrumental in the growth of the Radius Partnership Program. She works closely with a team of four, focusing on building partner relationships and delivering supplier solutions to the Radius Travel agency network.

Ali lives near London in the UK and enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, and the family dog.

Emmie Mees
Senior Director, Global Sales, EMEA/APAC

Emmie joined Radius Travel 7 years ago with 20 years of experience in corporate travel management. She has a long and proven track record of managing global corporate client tenders to successful outcomes.

An extensive knowledge of travel technology and operational know-how allow her to solve prospects’ problems and propose world-class travel programs. Having worked all over the globe, creating global customer propositions is second nature.

Emmie lives in the UK and is a proud Scot.

Alex Olsen
Senior Director, Global Network Development

Alex Olsen has over a decade of experience in areas including corporate planning and analysis, business development, and sales and account management. Alex and his team provide sales and service support for global travel management opportunities, agencies, and customers.

Some of Alex’s past roles include Corporate Finance Manager at American Express and Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy at AOL. Alex holds a B.S. from Wake Forest University and an MBA from Vanderbilt University.

Alexa Perry
Director, Marketing

Alexa leads Radius Travel’s marketing efforts worldwide, including the development and execution of global marketing campaigns and initiatives. Alexa and her team promote Radius Travel’s vision, enhance and elevate its brand, broaden its reach, and support its sales effort. Alexa is also responsible for communication and support to the agency network.

Alexa has nearly a decade of experience in marketing, communications, and public relations strategy. Prior to Radius Travel, she held positions with the Food Marketing Institute (FMI) and the American Resort Development Association (ARDA).

An American University graduate, Alexa lives in Washington, D.C. with her husband.

Mark Wilson
Senior Director, Global Service Delivery

Mark has more than 25 years’ experience in the corporate travel industry, holding a variety of operational leadership roles in recent years. Born in Lisburn, Northern Ireland, Mark started his career in Belfast and quickly established himself in the industry.

His career has seen him undertake several assignments on behalf of TMCs and clients across the US and EMEA, and his determination for driving best practice and service excellence through cross functional team collaboration has ensured client expectations have been exceeded. He is passionate about delivering tech-enabled human-to-human interactions throughout the corporate travel customer journey.

Mark lives in the heart of England’s Peak District with his partner and enjoys spending as much of his free time as possible with family and friends, holidaying on cruise ships, and exploring the stunning National Park in which he lives.

Tim Fleming
President and Chief Operating Officer, Travel and Transport
Board Chair, Radius Travel

Tim has been with Travel and Transport since 1982, rising from travel counselor and branch manager roles to a C-level position with a seat on the board. He oversees sales, operations and account management. He also serves on the board of directors of Keith M. Merrick Co., Inc., Employee Travel Specials.

Nancy Rissky
SVP, Account Management, Travel and Transport

When Nancy joined Travel and Transport as General Manager of Operations in 2005, she already had over 24 years of industry experience. She was promoted to Vice President of Account Management in 2007 and to Senior Vice President, Account Management in 2014. Nancy and her team of account managers work to achieve 100% client satisfaction, offering advice on strategy, cost savings and end-user experience.

She is also a member of Travel and Transport’s executive committee.

Josh Weiss
Chief Financial Officer, Travel and Transport

Josh joined Travel and Transport in 2014. He previously spent over 11 years serving as a CPA for Lutz & Company in Omaha. He also worked for one year as a CPA at Ernst & Young in Denver. Josh earned BSBA in Accounting from Colorado State University.

Philanthropic organizations: Board of Directors for At Ease USA, which benefits veterans and their families suffering from PTSD.
