Position Summary

Radius Travel is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to join our global organization. This individual will be flexible and will serve multiple roles within the company with the primary objective to provide reporting and analytical support across the company. This support will include collaborating with all business units to develop, evaluate and report metrics and provide financial and strategic analysis.

The right candidate will help drive the organization’s strategic initiatives and growth by providing financial report design and development along with providing insight into industry and company trend analysis. He or she will report directly into the President/Chief Commercial Officer and will have responsibility for leading the Planning & Analysis team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Function as the key financial analyst to the President including preparation and oversight of all reporting and presentation builds
  • Produce and manage all company financial analysis and reporting to include income statements, balance sheets, and tax returns
  • Create reports in Excel and Salesforce that clearly articulate performance and trends
  • Provide summaries and forecasts for future business growth and general economic outlook
  • Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives
  • Provide all necessary information to conduct financial decision making, provide strategic business intelligence and formulate execution strategies
  • Work closely with the Accounting Department to ensure proper and timely billing along with revenue forecasts and accruals
  • Oversee and develop the company’s annual budget and business plans
  • Develop and execute reporting automation initiatives
  • Perform research and ad hoc analysis related to all company business
  • Manage the Planning & Analysis team
  • Provide other support as necessary

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Microsoft Office, with a primary focus on Excel (intermediate level – pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) along with working knowledge of Access
  • 7-10 years related experience
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of budgeting and business operations
  • Comfortable working with large data sets, and extracting conclusions from the data
  • Ability to synthesize and communicate complex financial information effectively to non-finance departments
  • Flexibility to multitask support across multiple functions and address ad hoc requests
  • Travel Industry/Business Travel Management/Hotel Experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with Salesforce preferred
  • MBA desired
