Reports to: Senior Director, Global Service Delivery
Location: Remote-based, United Kingdom

Position Description

The Global Implementation Manager will work closely with internal and external clients in successfully managing time-sensitive projects related to the implementation of corporate client global travel programs, products for Radius clients, and agency partners. This may include managing the implementation of any combination of the following: online booking tools, quality control systems, GDS components, and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of projects (from requirements gathering to post-implementation service validation) including consulting and clearly communicating with internal and external participants
  • Manage scope change, costs, timelines, and quality, in agreement with client
  • Manage client/agency expectations
  • Precisely identify deliverables and milestones related to the project
  • Ensure project plans are kept up-to-date and communicated to all stakeholders
  • Manage multiple internal resources ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
  • Support the sales and account management teams during client bids and retention

Required Skills/Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing multinational implementations for corporate travel clients
  • Familiarity with multiple GDS and quality control systems, corporate travel products such as online booking tools, expense management systems and traveler tracking solutions
  • Comprehensive understanding of travel management company operations, from the front-line agent or online booking tool through to reporting data to clients
  • Ability to multi-task and manage various projects across multiple time zones
  • Exemplary communication skills in English; both written and verbal; both in person and over the phone
  • Ability to influence without direct authority
  • Commitment to high quality of service and meeting client requirements
  • Demonstrated project management skills, including implementation, forecasting and time management
  • Ability to work independently and to undertake periodic travel
  • Experience working with travel management companies and customers regionally or globally
  • Fluency in languages other than English preferred but not required
