Shannon Hyland

President & Chief Executive Officer

Shannon is a 20-year travel industry expert bringing deep finance, administration and corporate development experience to RADIUS HQ and the entire RADIUS network. Shannon is focused on delivering value to the network and, in turn, helping Member Agencies attain their business objectives.

Shannon served as the Chief Financial Officer at RADIUS for 4 years prior to advancing to his current role. An entrepreneur at heart, Shannon previously served as CFO of Groople, an online start-up company devoted to group travel planning. Prior to that, he was CFO for Mark Travel Corp. and Cendant’s Galileo Americas. In addition, he served in senior finance and operations roles for America West, United and Continental airlines, as well as Amerada Hess Energy.

Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering from Arizona State University and an MBA in finance and international business from New York University. He and his family reside in suburban Maryland.
