Katy DeHart

Director, Human Resources & Corporate Services

In her position, Katy manages employee relations, performance and benefits administration for RADIUS, crafting and implementing company-wide policies and services. In particular, she facilitates all corporate recruiting, recognizing and developing future leaders and fostering a work environment that promotes growth and a positive work/life balance.

Prior to joining RADIUS, Katy held consultant and corporate HR positions providing recruiting, staffing and training expertise for a number of national and international corporations in the retail and lodging markets including Federated Department Stores and Holiday Corp., Homewood Suites Division. She has also taught advanced degree programs in human resource management.

Before moving into the HR field, Katy was an employment and labor relations attorney. A music lover and Tennessee native, she holds a law degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors in English from Memphis State University.
